The customer has the right to notify KUNDIH (at the contact e-mail address info@kundih.hrwithin 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without the need to state the reason for his decision.


The customer must return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day you informed us about the return of the goods.
The customer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product.
The received goods must be returned undamaged, in an unchanged form and in the original packaging. You must compensate the possible loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value results from unnecessary handling of the goods, which is done
by checking the quality, features and mode of operation of the goods.

The refund will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
To return the paid money, we use the same means of payment that you used during your transaction.


We do not accept cash.

Complaints
Complaints are taken into account if the product does not have the features promised by the merchant at the time of sale, if the wrong products are sent or if the product deviates in any way from the order.
In the event of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or replacement of the product.
