The contract enters into force and binds the contracting parties from the moment of acceptance of KUNDIH trade offers by the user by selecting payment and concluding the order.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><br \/><br \/>In the online store www.kundih.hr, you can pay for selected goods in the following ways:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Direct bank transfer<\/strong> Pay directly to our bank account, or payment by general payment in all bank branches, FINA or offices Croatian Post according to the received proforma invoice.<br \/>Hrvatske po\u0161te (po primljenom predra\u010dunu)<\/li><li><strong>Cash<\/strong> upon delivery of the goods<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>PRICES AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER<\/span><br \/><strong>All prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac), include VAT and are valid upon confirmation of the order by the customer.<\/strong><br \/>KUNDIH reserves the right to change the prices of the products until the moment of notifying the user about the order confirmation, as well as \nthe right to determine special forms of sale of certain products for a certain period of time.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>PURCHASE PROCEDURE<br \/><\/strong><br \/>The customer has the option of choosing delivery by <strong>courier service<\/strong> or <strong>personal pickup<\/strong>.<br \/>Delivery of products ordered through the online store www.kundih.hr is limited to the Republic of Croatia and Slovenia.<br \/><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Delivery via DPD delivery service<\/span><br \/>The DPD partner delivers to Croatia and Slovenia.<br \/>Delivery is charged depending on the weight of the package, unless the total value of the order is greater than 100,00 \u20ac, then delivery is free.\nVAT is included in the delivery price.\nThe delivery price also includes the preparation (packaging, packaging material...) of the ordered goods for safe transportation to the customer.<br \/><br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Personal pickup<\/span><br \/>No delivery costs are charged for personal pickup of goods from us at our warehouse in Novaki Samiborski.<br \/><br \/><em><strong>DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES<\/strong><\/em><br \/>We can also deliver goods to other countries (EU\/non-EU).<br \/>For international orders, we send corresponding invoice with the exact shipping costs.<br \/><br \/><em><strong>DELIVERY TIME<\/strong><\/em><br \/>After processing the received order, the regular delivery time for Croatia is within 2 to 5 working days, from Monday to Friday.<br \/>Exceptions are islands and places not covered by daily delivery.<br \/>In case the item is not available, the customer will be informed about the availability or, in agreement with the customer, the order will be cancelled.<br \/>If the customer pays by bank transfer, will receive a proforma invoice along with the order confirmation. The order will be ready for shipment as soon as the customer makes the payment according to the proforma invoice and the funds are in the bank account of the service provider. After handing over the package to the delivery service, the customer receives a delivery notification. The notification contains the expected date of delivery and the tracking number of the package.<br \/><br \/><strong>REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS<br \/><\/strong><br \/>The customer has the right to notify KUNDIH (at the contact e-mail address <a href=\"mailto:info@kundih.hr\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">info@kundih.hr<\/span><\/a>within 14 days of receiving the goods that he \nwithdraws from the contract, without the need to state the reason for his decision. The customer must return the goods without delay, and no \nlater than within 14 days from the day you informed us about<br \/>the return of the goods. The customer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product.
