KUNDIH obrt makes it possible to use the services and content of the website and provides the service of online sales of goods and services
through an online store in the manner regulated by these business terms.
BUSINESS TERMS
The business terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the use of the services and content of the website, as well as the rights and obligations from the conclusion of a distance sales contract between the user and KUNDIH obrt, and are considered an integral part of the
contract. By using the content and services of the website and all associated pages and services belonging to the domain www.kundih.hr (further: kundih-webshop), it is considered that the users are familiar with the terms of sale at all times, and that they fully understand and

PAYMENT METHODS
The offer of KUNDIH trades for the conclusion of a contract is represented by these conditions and certain conditions of sale indicated with information about a specific product, which the user accepts by concluding the order. The contract enters into force and binds the contracting parties from the moment of acceptance of KUNDIH trade offers by the user by selecting payment and concluding the order.

PRICES AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
All prices are expressed in euros (€), include VAT and are valid upon confirmation of the order by the customer.
KUNDIH reserves the right to change the prices of the products until the moment of notifying the user about the order confirmation, as well as
the right to determine special forms of sale of certain products for a certain period of time.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The customer has the option of choosing delivery by courier service or personal pickup.
Delivery of products ordered through the online store www.kundih.hr is limited to the Republic of Croatia and Slovenia.
Delivery via DPD delivery service
The DPD partner delivers to Croatia and Slovenia.
Delivery is charged depending on the weight of the package, unless the total value of the order is greater than 100,00 €, then delivery is free.
VAT is included in the delivery price.
The delivery price also includes the preparation (packaging, packaging material...) of the ordered goods for safe transportation to the customer.
Personal pickup
No delivery costs are charged for personal pickup of goods from us at our warehouse in Novaki Samiborski.
DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
We can also deliver goods to other countries (EU/non-EU).
For international orders, we send corresponding invoice with the exact shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
After processing the received order, the regular delivery time for Croatia is within 2 to 5 working days, from Monday to Friday.
Exceptions are islands and places not covered by daily delivery.
In case the item is not available, the customer will be informed about the availability or, in agreement with the customer, the order will be cancelled.
If the customer pays by bank transfer, will receive a proforma invoice along with the order confirmation. The order will be ready for shipment as soon as the customer makes the payment according to the proforma invoice and the funds are in the bank account of the service provider. After handing over the package to the delivery service, the customer receives a delivery notification. The notification contains the expected date of delivery and the tracking number of the package.
REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS
The customer has the right to notify KUNDIH (at the contact e-mail address info@kundih.hrwithin 14 days of receiving the goods that he
withdraws from the contract, without the need to state the reason for his decision. The customer must return the goods without delay, and no
later than within 14 days from the day you informed us about
the return of the goods. The customer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the product. The received goods must be returned undamaged, in an unchanged form and in the original packaging.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
To return the paid money, we use the same means of payment that you used during your transaction.
We do not accept cash.
Complaints
Complaints are taken into account if the product does not have the features promised by the merchant at the time of sale, if the wrong
products are sent or if the product deviates in any way from the order.
In the event of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or replacement of the product.
