What data is collected and forwarded

The personal data we process is data about you as a client, collected during your ordering and visiting KUNDIH that is, when you fill out the Client Consent Statement, data about you as an employee of KUNDIH based of the Labor Law and other applicable regulations, when making your payments through a bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and KUNDIH , which can be directly or indirectly connected to you. These are the following data: full name and surname, telephone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in the case of bank payments.

Google AdWords conversion tracking 

This can create conversion statistics that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. A conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to the data protection provisions of the provider Google, no personal data is processed. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can stop the use of data for this purpose by deactivating the conversion tracking cookie provided by Google via the cookie settings in your web browser. 

Please keep in mind that current Internet browsers accept "cookies" according to standard, already default settings. You can set the settings in your browser so that they do not allow all or only certain "cookies" or that you are asked for approval to accept a new "cookie". Conversion measurement using Facebook visitor activity tracking pixels

As part of the online presence, the "Visitor Activity Tracking Pixel" of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") is used. It is a "cookie", that is, a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be downloaded from your computer. It can be used to track users' activities after they have seen or clicked on an ad on Facebook. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook ads can be measured for the purpose of statistical evaluations and market research. The data collected in this way are anonymous for us, i.e. they cannot be linked to the user's identity. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that this data can be linked to the relevant user profile and Facebook can use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Statement for the use of Facebook (“http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy /). You can enable Facebook and its partners to advertise on Facebook and outside of Facebook. For this purpose, a "cookie" will be stored on your computer. Sharing

Our website has integrated fields for sharing on the social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, a field for sharing via e-mail can be integrated. You can recognize sharing fields by their logo. 

Only when you click on the respective "sharing box" on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between the browser and the server of the respective social network operator. According to the operators of the mentioned social networks, no personal data is collected by the social networks without clicking on the respective sharing field. This data, including the IP address, is collected and processed only for persons registered on the respective social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be associated with your social media account, please log out of your social media account. 

At this point, we emphasize that KUNDIH has no insight into the content of the transferred data , as well as their use by social networks. You can find more information about the use of data by social networks in the Data Protection Statement of the mentioned social networks.

Use of data

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions. 

Personal data that you make available to us when placing your order and arriving at KUNDIH, when you fill out the Statement of Client Consent, when you make payments through the bank or when establishing and executing contractual relationships between you and KUNDIH, will be collected and processed exclusively within the framework of fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, data about employees who KUNDIH obliged to collect according to the Labor Act) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent. 

After you have given us your express consent, we will use your data to deliver materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including congratulating you on your birthday, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about the offer of services KUNDIH, actions with discounts, novelties, workshops, educations, promotions, and for publicity purposes KUNDIH. 

 

Security and data transfer

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, data security during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of the art. 

The client's information specified in the Client's Declaration of Consent is kept in the original of the aforementioned declaration and in electronic form. The director has access to the list of client data and to the Client's Statements of Consent KUNDIH as a responsible person and employees KUNDIH, since such access is necessary for the performance of obligations and services KUNDIH to the clients in question, and it is regulated in accordance with current legislation. Every client has the right to access his personal data contained in the client list KUNDIH and which are processed about it (for example in the list of service users). 

The personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment through the bank are collected in electronic form and stored on the computer, with access protected by a password. The director has access to the above data KUNDIH The period of storage of said data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, especially accounting regulations. 

Personal data that is collected is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Customer data specified in the Customer Consent Statement that is collected for the purpose of sending service notifications KUNDIH and its promotions are stored until the client withdraws consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client's last interaction in KUNDIH

Furthermore, the aforementioned contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on the protection of personal data. The use of data by contractual partners for other purposes is excluded.

We will not forward your personal data to other persons except the contractual partners mentioned above, only if you have not given your consent for this. 

With regard to the nature, scope, purpose of collection, use and processing of personal data by KUNDIH, including the fact that the collection, use and processing is not on a large scale, nor are special categories of personal data collected, i.e. KUNDIH and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a personal data protection officer, KUNDIH and there is no such officer appointed. 

 

Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact

By signing the Client Consent Statement or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the Client Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement. 

At the same time, in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and the rights it gives you as the owner of personal data, with which you KUNDIH became aware, you have the right to access, correct, delete or limit the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time, for the future without giving reasons; as well as the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent is done in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the following publicly available address of the headquarters; KUNDIH, Industrijska 7, HR-10431 Novaki Samoborski, or info@kundih.hr. Such withdrawal will prevent the future use of your personal data by KUNDIH.
